We can also openly express technical issues to non-technical clients/customers in a friendly and accessible manner. We have excellent independent technical judgement and enjoy working both independently and as part of a larger team.   

Management & Leadership

We efficiently manage a team of employees ranging from 6 -15 people to set and achieve goals in line with company forecasts, delegate responsibility appropriately, employ tact in the provision of constructive feedback, liaise between key partners and in-house to insure the accessible provision of information between all partners, employees and management.  

Planning & Organisation

Complete through background research in relation to potential site development, forecast, assess and troubleshoot potential issues in relation to all projects to insure the highest of standards at construction stage. Manages tasks for a team of key workers to complete and co-ordinate tasks on-time, within budget and to problem solve in advance.
